Do\u011fumdan sonra bir kez, 2 ya\u015f\u0131nda bir kez ve yine 5 ya\u015f\u0131nda bir kez muayene yap\u0131lmas\u0131 idealdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Yeni do\u011fan muayenede g\u00f6z tembelli\u011fine yol a\u00e7mas\u0131 muhtemel do\u011fumsal katarakt, do\u011fumsal pitozis (g\u00f6z kapa\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc), do\u011fumsal \u015fa\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vb. hastal\u0131klar tespit edilerek tedavileri d\u00fczenlenirse g\u00f6z tembelli\u011finin de \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmi\u015f olunur. 2 ya\u015f muayenesinde ise her iki g\u00f6z\u00fcn tek tek ve birlikte hareketlerindeki uyum ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle i\u00e7e kayma, \u015fa\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulgular\u0131 ileri hipermetropi habercisi olabilir. Tedavisi tam anlam\u0131yla ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar verir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">5 ya\u015f muayenesinde ise \u00e7ocuk her t\u00fcrl\u00fc g\u00f6z muayenesine uyum sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha kapsaml\u0131 olarak varsa refraksiyon (miyop, hipermetrop, astigmat) kusurlar\u0131 tespit edilir. Tedavisi d\u00fczenlenir. B\u00f6ylece \u00e7ocuk okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitime haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olur. Zira \u00f6\u011frenme %80 oran\u0131nda g\u00f6rsel duyumuzla alg\u0131lan\u0131r. 8 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurduktan sonra g\u00f6z tembelli\u011finin tedavileri art\u0131k \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaktad\u0131r.
