HFDS (High Frequency Deep Sclerotomy)<\/span><\/h3>\n

Glaucoma is defined as progressive damage to the optic nerve following high intraocular\nfluid pressure, and that if it is not treated, it can cause vision loss and blindness.\nGlaucoma, which can be seen at any age, is more common at the age of 40 and over.\nGlaucoma can be treated safely and comfortably in Health Tourism Center Turkey.<\/span><\/p>\n

IMPORTANT DISEASE<\/span><\/h3>\n

Glaucoma is an important eye disease that can result in blindness. High eye pressure\ndestroys the visual nerve in time and impairs the eyesight of the patients and results in\nblindness if not treated. Unfortunately, patients do not feel these visual field defects until the last period. Early diagnosis and early initiation of treatment are very important in terms of vision level and vision quality of patients.<\/span><\/p>\n

COMPLICATION RISK<\/span><\/h3>\n

The treatment of eye pressure was first started with eye drops. Intraocular pressure is\neffectively reduced with HFDS, a newly developed method. This method reduces or\ncompletely eliminates the patient's dependence on eye pressure drops. In addition, the\nrisk of complications is very low compared to eye pressure surgeries. The method is very\nsatisfactory for both patients and ophthalmologists due to the fact that the complication\nrate of the method is much lower than other procedures and its effectiveness is quite\nstrong. We apply this treatment to the patients in our clinics.<\/span><\/p>\n
